A guide with many voices

The MAAS e-Guide brings together insights from many voices across our Community of Practice, combining expertise in employment services, tourism, and refugee support. It reflects the realities faced by vulnerable job seekers—especially Ukrainians—and the changing needs of the tourism labour market. Each contribution helps Job Brokers understand and apply the MAAS approach of Match, Attach and Sustain through practical perspectives drawn from different countries and professional contexts.
